Counseling
Support for quality of life
“In ogni organismo, uomo compreso, c’è un flusso costante teso alla realizzazione costruttiva delle sue possibilità intrinseche, una tendenza naturale alla crescita.” – Carl Rogers –
Assocounseling defines counseling as a path of growth, empowerment, maturation and offers a space for listening and reflection, in which to explore difficulties relating to evolutionary processes, transition phases and states of crisis and strengthen the ability to choose or change. The objective of counseling is to improve the quality of life, supporting strengths and self-determination skills. Each of us has unique and intrinsic potential and resources and counseling helps to express them.
My approach is integrated: bodily, cognitive and relational. It mainly uses the body of knowledge of the Enneagram and the powerful support of somatic experience, integrated consistently with the principles of Non-Violent Communication.
Attention is paid to listening to oneself, to the relationship in all its possibilities, with oneself, with others and with the environment. It involves the organic mind-body together to illuminate the automatic habitual patterns of the mind, emotions and behaviors and discover and nourish the natural inner resources that allow greater comfort with oneself and with others and to better manage life's experiences .
Individual
I welcome individuals who want a space for listening and reflection, support in a moment of temporary difficulty, to understand, prevent, address and solve a specific problem, to have greater awareness of themselves and their ways of relating to themselves, others and the environment.
The aim of the meetings is to improve the quality of one's life, strengthen resources for coping with the specific situation and promote autonomy and effectiveness in making choices.
