The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnership with clients that, through a creative process, stimulates reflection, inspiring them to maximize their personal and professional potential“.

The coach uses dialogue and other experiential tools in an ethical, respectful and responsible way to support the coachee in enhancing their talents, achieving their goals, expressing their potential and developing their personal, professional or sporting performance.

My coaching, life and executive, can be verbal and somatic and draws on valuable resources such as the Enneagram, Non-Violent Communication and Solution Focus. Specifically, solution-focused practice focuses on supporting individuals to move towards the future they want and to learn what can be done differently using existing skills, strategies and ideas, rather than focusing on the problem. The Enneagram is an excellent map of the territory explored. The body in coaching is a place both of support for mental and emotional clarity and management, and of profound intuitions.

I obtained the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
